The participating resorts will be organising a spectacular torchlit descent in partnership with the French Ski Schools (esf), ski areas and tourist offices. It's a bright, colourful and emotional event not to be missed.
To mark the occasion, 20,000 torches will be distributed in the participating resorts.
All the money raised will be donated to three charities working to help sick and disadvantaged children discover the joys of the mountains: Association Petits Princes, Génération Montagne and Enfance et Montagne.

In February 2025, France Montagnes will once again be hosting this national event to support the French mountains, with the support of the Association Nationale des Maires des Stations de Montagne, Domaines Skiables de France and the Syndicat National l'ESF. des Stations de Montagne, Domaines Skiables de France and the Syndicat National de l'ESF.
