L'Ancienne Ecole du Villard

The Old School of Villard served as a primary school until the early sixties in the rural hamlet of Villard. Our house is located a few minutes from the village center, the circus of St Even and the Planolet ski area. The school is now a pretty guest house, it has 5 comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms (located on the landing or in the bedroom). The rooms can accommodate 2 people, a family room is fitted out for 4 people. They are located on the 1st and 2nd floor. Breakfasts and meals are offered depending on the season on the terrace with its panoramic view of the mountains or by the fireplace. The ideal place for hikers, cyclists, winter sports enthusiasts and motorcyclists! You will have a lounge area with board games and a library, wifi access and parking. Many outdoor activities in all seasons: alpine or Nordic skiing, hiking, trail running, paragliding, canyoning, climbing, fishing, swimming at or at Lake Aiguebelette... Nearby: Caves, Grande Chartreuse museum, well-being, leisure centre. Table d'hôtes (€25 p.p.) and packed lunch (€8.50 p.p.) by reservation. Minimum stay of two nights. Dogs not accepted.
