Fitness classes suitable for everyone in terms of cardio-training, muscle strengthening and joint mobility: Bodypump, Bodyattack, Rpm, Bodybalance, Step, Pilates, Yoga, Fit'dance and Bodysculpt.
The devices are branded "TECHNOGYM", the world leader in gym equipment and machines.
The relaxation area is made up of a Spa, a Hammam with subdued lighting, diffusion of eucalyptus essence, a Sauna built of stones and wood and a terrace to relax in the sun.
