The flat, 55 m², south-west facing, is composed of :

- a bathroom with sabot bathtub and washbasin,

You will find, within a radius of 300m, shops and services useful for your stay (tourist office, bakery, sports shop,...).

In winter, the "Trotti'bus", a free 12-seater horse-drawn carriage, runs every day (except Saturdays) during the opening of the Val Cenis ski area, Termignon sector. There is a stop next to the tourist office to take you to the foot of the slopes (500m from the flat).

In summer, Val Cenis Termignon is an entrance to the Vanoise National Park where you will find breathtaking landscapes and preserved fauna and flora.
