In the Maurienne, near the resort of Valfréjus, find Eric-Martin Fardon at the Alpage du Lavoir, a place steeped in history which hosts a hundred tarines and abundances for the production of Beaufort Chalet d'Alpage in the former barracks military.
2 p.m.: Join us at the mountain pasture to meet and discuss with our producers. Visit of the manufacturing workshop and maturing cellars. A moment of sharing that will end with a tasting of Beaufort.
Access (car): From Valfréjus, follow the signs “Alpage du Lavoir”: main track which always climbs and continue to the parking lot of the Lavoir (below the barracks). 4 km in about 15 minutes.
Hike: follow the Instants Beaufort arrows.
