Lessons are in English with a little French. Sessions last 1hr15. You should get there 5-10 minutes before the start to prepare your space. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and bring a small blanket or towel and a bottle of water. Bring your own mat if you have one, if not you can borrow one along with blocks and straps.
The sessions are adapted to all levels. Minimum age 14 yrs.
