Ice floating is an ephemeral activity. Make the most of it during the winter season! It's for everyone. The contraindications are the same as for access to the spa (heart problems, pregnant women... ask your doctor for advice).
You can relax in a wetsuit. When you arrive, we'll explain how the session will work. We'll help you get fitted for a wetsuit. To make the most of your activity, remember to bring: socks, tights/leggings and a hoodless technical undershirt.
Ice floating day and night dives
This is a totally unusual activity, straight from Finland, and we're offering you the chance to discover it exclusively in Val Cenis! You'll be able to relax as you splash around in the icy water overlooking the mountains!

Access
When you arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the session, go down the stairs and walk along the left side of the lake to the slides (about 100 m). You will be greeted by a member of the team who will explain how the session will run.
