You are independent to take care of your horse, you are able to mount and dismount without assistance, and you master the 3 gaits (walk, high trot, canter in suspension: control of the speed and the direction of the horse at all paces and in all circumstances.
Let's go for a ride around 2-hour on the snowy trails of Méribel, in a beautiful natural environment, to the delight of horses and riders.
Depending on the snow condition of the paths and how busy they are, it is absolutely never certain that you will be able to gallop... but the walk in the snow remains a unique moment, even at a walk!

TO KNOW : in winter, we have a cavalry of small horses, suitable for people of small and medium size. Walking in the snow represents a significant effort for horses. Therefore, for their comfort and safety we cannot accept customers weighing more than 80 kg.

Reception
Winter shoes (⚠️no moonboots too wide to fit into the stirrups), warm, waterproof clothing, gloves, etc.
Riding helmets can be loaned, but a ski helmet is also suitable for keeping your ears warm.

From 01/12 to 30/04, daily between 9.30 am and 4 pm.
Several rides are organized each week. Call the Ranch to find out the date and time of the desired ride.
