"Doing with your hands" allows you to relax, to free yourself from the mental load, to stimulate creativity and innovation, to develop kindness and self-confidence
Practiced in a group, manual activities also help to bond and develop solidarity, learning from each other and helping each other. They are also an opportunity to discover the power of collective creativity.
The Happy Makers project was born from this observation: DIY is a very effective and original tool for personal and collective development. Through this project we have given ourselves the mission to make the benefits of DIY more accessible by developing new opportunities to practice it, for ourselves or in a team, and especially in business, where we spend most of our time.
