Gastronomic market
More than 40 exhibitors will be present at this market, which is geared towards promoting local products. The aim is to offer visitors a qualitative gastronomic fair that highlights local and regional produce.
Culinary demonstrations
An essential part of the festival! During the 2 days of the event in the Parc Clair Matin, which is located in the centre of the town with an exceptional view of Lake Leman, several chefs from the Evian Resort and the Chablais region will give cooking demonstrations, during which the public will discover Lake Geneva Féra, with the presence of the exceptional guest Norbert Tarayre.
4-Handed Meal Evening
In partnership with the Evian Resort, a four-handed meal will be organised at the Royal Palace Hotel on the evening of Saturday 22 April between Chef Vander, starred chef of the Les Fresques restaurant and Chef Franck Pelux of the Lausanne Palace.
Amateur cooking competitions
Various competitions will be offered to the public upon registration.
Fondue evening
In the Parc Clair Matin, in parallel with the 4-hands meal, a giant fondue evening will be proposed with a musical atmosphere.
Signing session with Norbert Tarayre
During the 2 days, several moments of exchanges and dedications will be proposed to the visitors with the chef.
Refreshments & Catering
A big THANK YOU to the associations of Neuvecellois and to the volunteers for their commitment in the management of the food and drinks consumption.
