Start just after the bridge at the top right of the Ardent parking lot (trail sign), go up into the forest, follow the trail that crosses the ski slope on the right-hand side, then return to the left-hand side of the slope before re-entering the forest, cross the river by the small bridge, then go up into the fields and continue into the forest to reach the village of Les Lindarets.
