Dotted along the Chemin du Calvaire, this serie of some twenty photographs portrays a special message of which walkers will make their own interpretation. But where stands a Cross, lies the Body, the Spirit and, for Christians, Christ himself. Planted firmly in the ground and reaching for the sky, the cross withstands any ordeal, its arms stretched out to greet, welcome and protect.
Hikers on this trail are accompanied by artist Patrick Wack's photographs which rouse their curiosity and invite them to admire the cross from an alternative angle.
