Chalet flat for 8 people with 4 rooms located in the heart of the village resort of La Plagne Montchavin with a south-facing terrace, 10 m from the ski slopes, 150 m from the aquatic centre. Everything is within 50 to 200m: ski lifts, cinema, restaurant, mini-market, ski school, other shops...

We own 3 flats in chalets in Montchavin and are also ski instructors in winter. We live in Montchavin all year round and are therefore at your disposal should you need us.

- for your peace of mind, you don't need to carry your flat key around with you during the day, you have a code box to put the key inside.

EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION
- at the foot of the slopes, 10 m from the ski runs
- 100 m from the ski lifts
- 150 m from the aquatic centre (swimming pool, sauna, steam room)
- all other shops between 50 and 200 m away (mini-market, bakery, cinema, ski school, sports shop, etc.).
- you can unload your luggage in front of the chalet and then park your car in one of the resort's free car parks.

A SUPERB TERRACE
From the large south-facing terrace, you can admire the Bellecôte and Mont Pourri glaciers, the ski slopes in winter and the meadows and vegetable gardens in summer. The terrace is equipped with a wooden table and bench, plastic chairs, 2 large anti-UV blinds, sun loungers... It's the perfect place to relax on a sun lounger in a majestic setting.
WINTER: the terrace is cleared of snow and we leave an area covered in snow so that children can roll around in the snow and make snowmen.

30% deposit on signing the contract

ECO-RESPONSIBILITY: we care about protecting the environment, so it's only natural that we should develop our chalets according to eco-responsible principles (LED lights, eco-friendly wood care products or paint, low-consumption shoe dryers, etc.).

MONTCHAVIN STATION (1250m - 3250m)
Montchavin is an authentic village: chalets decked out in wood and stone, a working farm, a chapel, a semi-pedestrianised village centre... A warm, family atmosphere and magnificent views over the valley and Mont-Blanc.

WINTER: Montchavin is at the heart of Paradiski (425km of pistes), the huge ski area linking La Plagne (225km of pistes) to Les Arcs. Several types of ski pass are available. Perfect for all levels of skiing with family or friends. 2 free cable cars for pedestrians. Take the Vanoise express cable car, one of the biggest in Europe. There are snow cannons all the way to the bottom of Montchavin resort. 70% of the ski area is above 2000 m altitude.
