We have carefully selected no less than 400 kg of strawberries from our organic producer located in St-Remy de Provence.

A 4-HAND MENU CREATED BY SÉBASTIEN VAUXION
Guest Chef Sébastien Vauxion of the two-star gourmet restaurant Le Sarkara, offers you an exceptional 4-course menu highlighting strawberries (menu price: 80 euros). This menu is offered between noon and 4 p.m., offering an unforgettable gastronomic experience in the heart of the high-altitude establishment.

The emblematic cabaret of La Folie Douce is transformed into an enchanting universe, where the theme of Barbie and strawberries comes to life. From musical composition to staging, our artistic team takes on the challenge of creating an immersive universe inspired by the Barbie film.

LA FOLIE DOUCE TAKES THE CHALLENGE OF CREATING AN XXL PIECE MONTÉE BY PASTRY CHEFS THOMAS ALBERT AND OLIVIER SAUVAGEAU
La Folie Douce takes on the challenge of the largest strawberry cake. Chefs Thomas Albert and Olivier Sauvageau will redouble their technique and perseverance to bring this large strawberry plant to life, which will take place in the middle of the mountain range of the Alps.
