Hatha Yoga: Hatha yoga unites body and mind. It is a practice that is both gentle and dynamique, emphasizing the postures' grounding( asanas), breathing techniques( pranayama)and relaxation time.

Ashtanga Yoga: Ashtanga yoga is a strong dynamic yoga that always has the same structure: starting with sun salutations, standing postures, seating postures, back bending postures and savasana, guided by a specific breathing technique. The first serie was made in oder to detoxify, improve the body strength and the nervous system.
Open to all level but a yoga practice is highly recommended *
Vinyasa yoga: Vinyasa flow is a dynamique practice characterized by strining postures so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa flow is a more free and creative yoga than Ashtanga. Some of the benefits are: endurance and strength technique, stability and less stress.

Yin Yoga : YIN yoga works deeply into your body with passive longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues- ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and meridians. This is contrat to a Yang Yoga practice such as Vinyasa and Ashtanga which targets the muscles.
