During his talk, René Chemin will introduce you to the many archaeological sites in Haute and Basse Maurienne that he has discovered and excavated, as well as the vast array of remains dating from the Neolithic to the Second World War, via the Bronze Age and the Middle Ages. All these discoveries, not to mention the rock art, bear witness to an extremely rich past.
