Eleven-year-old Tony was born with a unique characteristic - he glows. He spends his days at home in his blanket bunker, dreaming of making a friend. Before Christmas, a peculiar little girl named Shelly moves into his apartment building and turns his world upside down. Together, they embark on an extraordinary adventure: to find the origin of the mysterious dark spots that are sucking the light out of their homes.
