Bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, large closets + drawer storage under bed, French window opening onto terrace. Very comfortable bedding with 240 x 220 comforters and 50 x 70 pillows.

Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, ovens, dishwasher, small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine.

Large living room with bay window opening onto a terrace facing Mont Blanc and equipped in summer with garden furniture. This room also includes a convertible sofa with a comfortable 140x190 bed. Also at your disposal: board games, television, connected speaker and free WIFI.

Heating is partly underfloor (frost-free screed) and electric radiators. The stove is not usable.

The residence has a private, heated swimming pool that you can enjoy all summer long.

Private parking is available at the residence.

The residence and apartment are non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.

This accommodation is ideally located in the heart of unspoilt countryside and close to the region's main points of interest:

5 min from Cordon village center
¼ hour from Megève,
¾ hour from Chamonix
In summer, you're close to numerous hiking trails (some of which you can hike from the accommodation),
In winter you're 10 min from Cordon ski resort, less than 1/4 hour from Combloux ski resort and less than 1/2 hour from Praz-sur-Arly ski resort, which gives access to the Espace Diamant with 192 kms of downhill ski runs.

For convenience, you are :

5 min by car from the village of Cordon, with its many small shops,
10 min from Sallanches.

FORMALITIES :

You will be welcomed and given the keys on the day of your arrival, between 5:00 and 7:00 pm.

Departure is between 10:00 and 12:00am.

Arrival and departure times must be respected.

On arrival, you must hand in :

1 deposit cheque for 400 € for the accommodation, which will be returned to you on departure if no damage has been caused during your stay.
1 cheque for 80 € for cleaning, which will be returned to you on departure if you leave the accommodation clean.
