Take full advantage of the 250 m2, spread over 3 levels; ground, lower ground and 1st floor, which offers 4 beautiful bedrooms. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large cupboards. The master bedroom, equipped with an office and television, opens out onto a spacious wrap around balcony with a panoramic window facing the Mont-Blanc. The fourth bedroom, beautifully decorated with wood panelling, bathroom and independent toilet en suite, is to be found on the lower ground floor, with the main entrance to the chalet. Finally there is the possibility of a fifth bedroom if required. Each bedroom is fitted with 4 star hotel bedding, fresh white household linen, and satin band duvet covers. The ground floor includes the living room and dining room. The living room is very comfortable with several cosy armchairs and a sofa inviting you to snuggle up by the fireplace. These rooms lead to a large kitchen and pantry. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with a microwave oven, traditional and Nespresso coffee makers, a large fridge with ice compartment, 2 ovens, electric and gas hobs. From both sides of the living room you will be able to gaze with wonder at the panoramic views over the Mont Blanc, the Mont d'Arbois, Rochebrune, the Cote 2000 and the Arly Valley. On fine sunny days you will be able to enjoy the wooden terrace crowned by a splendid period "mazot" (small wooden chalet), and as you relax in your garden furniture you will contemplate the Mont-Blanc. On the other shady, wooded terrace, notably with very beautiful fir trees, you will contemplate the Arly valley and the Christomet. From every aspect of the chalet you will delight in the wonderful views overhanging Megève. Great ideas. The Cassamotte chalet, having been built on a zone that is not very built-up, gives you the possibility of reaching the village centre in 2 minutes, avoiding any traffic jams. In the summer, the "Alpage" (Alpine pasture) paths enable you to go down to Megève by foot, stopping at the Mottaz farm to stock up with fresh vegetables and organic jam! Equally, setting out directly from the chalet, numerous "Alpage" walks are offered to you, leading to characteristic Alpage restaurants. For skiers, in the winter, the entire Jaillet- Combloux - Giettaz skiing area is easily accessible by the Jaillet cable car.
