Superb flat in a detached chalet located at 1800 m altitude at the top of the Sybelles ski resort at La Toussuire in Savoie, divided into two adjoining flats. Independent entrances.

Le Lynx Boréal (sleeps 6-8):

54 m² flat on the ground floor, terrace with a superb panoramic view of the Aiguilles d'Arves.
It consists of 3 rooms, a terrace, at the foot of the slopes, ski rentals, free shuttle at 50 m, resort centre 400 m.
There is also a ski locker outside the chalet - private parking (2 spaces at the foot of the chalet).
Access to l'espace des lutins via the piste in front of the chalet.

Entrance hall: coat rack, shoe rack and bench

Fitted kitchen opening onto living room: 1 fridge with freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette machine.
sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV, access to south-facing terrace.

1 bedroom (8.8 m²) with double bed (2 people) - bedside tables - bedside lamps - wardrobe with hanging space

1 bedroom (11.6m²) with 1 double bed (2x2 pers)-2 bunk beds - bedside tables - bedside lamps - chest of drawers.

Bathroom (2.7m²) with shower -1 washbasin-towel dryer with fan).
Separate WC.
The accommodation is equipped with pillow protectors and mattress protectors.

Baby equipment (high chair and cot).

Sheets and towels can be hired on request (fee payable).
A damage deposit of 1000€ is required.
A cheque for 200€ will be requested for cleaning, and returned on departure if the flat is clean.
Pets are not allowed.
The tourist tax is not included ( free for people under 18).
