Beaufort moments - Alpage plan Périots

It is in the heart of the Diamant area, at the foot of Mont Blanc, that Carole and Marie Laure operate the Plan Périots mountain pasture, located at an altitude of 1,800 m. The milk from their 40 cows is transformed into AOP Beaufort cheese at the Beaufortain dairy cooperative.
