On the program: demonstration of kneading, hand-shaping and baking in a wood-fired oven by participants, who will leave with their own bread.
Bread sale from 5pm to 6pm.
Proceeds enable the Sou des écoles to finance sports, educational and cultural activities for children, as well as school trips.
