Accompaniment and supervision by mountain professionals and agents of the Vanoise National Park.
Good trail (in the absence of snow) up to the Col de la Masse (2993 m) and more demanding final climb with an off-trail path in large blocks, sometimes requiring the use of hands (1h).
D+/D-: 1200 m - Walking time: 4 to 5 hours uphill, 3 to 4 hours downhill."

On registration, the day before before 5 p.m. at the Maison d'Aussois.
Bring a picnic, water + a good pair of walking shoes, backpack, drink, sun protection, protection against cold and rain... Specific conditions for the "Objective 3000" outing.
The outings are supervised by a state-certified mountain guide.

"In the Vanoise National Park, the Râteau is a mountain at over 3000 meters accessible to hikers and overlooking the village. The view from the top is panoramic over the Vanoise, Mont-Blanc and Ecrins massifs.
