Albin de la Simone - Cultural Season

Albin de la Simone is undoubtedly one of the most sought-after artists, as much for the quality of his arrangements as for the originality of his compositions. A subtle craftsman, a seeker of singular sounds, for over twenty years now he has been composing melodies that are always well crafted, often melancholy,
yet luminous. With a touch of humor and lightness, his music unfolds like bittersweet poetry. While he works for and with some of the biggest names on the music scene (Arthur H, Alain
Souchon, Vanessa Paradis, Salif Keïta, Jean-Louis Aubert, ...), his personal career is successfully asserting itself. His seventh album, Les cent prochaines années, released in 2023, is a chronicle of wonder and pain, of the break-up and rebirth of love, of memories and the future.
His new tour unveils him as a solo artist. He combines the three main strings of his bow: song, spoken word and drawing. Surrounded by instruments, in front of a screen projecting the drawings he imagines on the spot, according to his inspiration, Albin de la Simone plays, sings, shares... to summon, more intimate than ever, the soft and strong emotions he has always cultivated.
