On your arrival on site: reception 15 mn before the meeting time at the entrance of one of the 2 privatized changing rooms to explain to you the course of the session which will last 1h30.
During the session: we come once / 30 mn to refill the wood stove, and offer you herbal tea to infuse on the stones!
The service includes: Cosmic sauna, hot Nordic bath, small cold bath, large cold bath in the lake, cold shower, face spray (in the evening), Terre d'Oc hot tea.
