The very steep limestone wall offers beautiful aerial climbs. However, beware of the ratings, which are generally rather severe.

At the exit of the hamlet of Romme sur Cluses, direction Le Reposoir, take the road on the left towards Vormy. Take a forest road that is passable but quite bad in places, passing under the ski lift (avoid cars that are too low, parking possible just after the second bend on the right in case the road is too bad just above, otherwise allow an hour's walk from the tarmac road to the top of the cliff).
From the car park at the Vuardes hut: from the hut, head back towards Romme for 50/100 m and take the path on the right (small climb, descent). Follow it to the large couloir (difficult to find as it is not well marked) and reach the foot of the wall. Some old cables in the couloir. At the bottom of the corridor, 20 m after passing a slab, turn left (cable). You arrive at the left end of the wall (15 min from the hut) which you follow (5 to 10 min). Nb: follow the main path, and do not take the paths arriving on the left -> these are the ones that climbers form when they cut back from the routes.
To reach it by abseiling: On the forest path, in the last hairpin (the third) on the right, follow (on foot) a path on the left leading quickly to a meadow that you cross. At a fork, go left for the Plénitude abseiling (slight descent and flat, red markings), right for the Plein gaz abseiling (uphill then more or less flat then short ascent then short descent until you reach the Dérive top belay; two metres upstream, go down 10 m towards the void to reach a handrail enabling you to reach the start of the abseiling, green markings from the fork).
