Several courses to choose from:

The Gorges route - Introduction (minimum age 14):
This 7-kilometre descent takes place on the Isère river in the Tarentaise Valley.
After a relatively calm first part – during which everyone can familiarise themselves with the boats and learn the basic techniques – the river accelerates to a crescendo: beautiful waves take shape, and the rapids become more apparent.
At the halfway mark, the Gorges de la Pucelle welcome you with their vertical cliffs. Last moment to catch your breath before attacking the final section of the rapids: the Centron rapids (class III/IV) form a beautiful sequence of waves and rolls, keeping you on your toes to avoid overturning your canoe-raft. An easy descent, great for experiencing both canoe- and kayak-rafting.

The Complete Isère Course - Advanced (minimum age16)
An intense 18 kilometres descent punctuated by beautiful sections of class IV rapids.
The first part of the descent (6 km) lets you get accustomed to the boats, learn navigation techniques and how to 'read' the river. In the central part of the descent, everything you just learned assumes its own importance!! In fact, after one hour of boating, things take a serious turn with the rapids of Aime (class IV): a 3-kilometre section of continuous rapids, where the slightest error of navigation can leave you taking an unplanned bath amid powerful waves and impressive rollers. Further along, it gets quieter as you pass Les Gorges de la Pucelle and the Roman Bridge, before arriving at the Centron Rapids (class III/IV) for a beautiful finale and a descent of more than three hours.
