Guest house located in the heart of the quiet village of Vaulx, in the Haute-Savoie countryside between Annecy and Rumilly. Two bedrooms for 2 people are available on the first floor of the house, in each bedroom you will find a 160x200 cm bed, a private bathroom and WC, and a wall-mounted TV. Access to a balcony/terrace shared by both bedrooms, with separation. Wireless.
Breakfast served on the terrace in summer or in the kitchen/dining room in winter on the ground floor. Shared TV available in the owners' lounge on the ground floor. Possible access to shared refrigerator and microwave. Baby equipment available on request. Possible access to the washing machine and dryer on request. Charging for electric vehicles (slow charging) possible as an option.
Outdoor SPA and shared hammam, bowling game. Several barbecues (gas, charcoal,flammekueche, etc.) available. Garden with ornamental pond.
Parking possible directly in front of the house (below) or in a second parking lot opposite. Church nearby.
