In a second step, we will understand the basic rules of a good SAGE espresso extraction and practice it in the rules of art. The workshop is divided into five steps:
Discovering the roasting process
Introduction to specialty coffee
Understanding espresso (origins, aromatic profiles, types of beans, roasting)
The rules of espresso extraction (grinding, temperature, time, ratio, water, SCA protocol: Speciality Coffee Association)
Extraction of an espresso with a Sage machine and tasting
A coffee sample is offered at the end of your workshop!
