Some places and times are more favourable for the observation of each species. But even with this knowledge, encounters are uncertain, often furtive and the pictures immortalising these moments are sometimes disappointing.
In order to introduce you to animal photography or to improve your skills, animal photography hikes are offered once a month from May to September on the Plateau de Gavot and the Vallée d'Abondance. In small groups of 8 people, supervised by Florian Legrand, professional photographer, and Bertille Favre, mountain guide, each hike will take you to discover an emblematic animal of our mountains. During the practical workshops, you will discover how to handle your camera and the essential settings to master for a stunning shot: managing your light, how to frame a wild animal, highlighting the subject, taking advantage of the landscape elements available...
