Savoie Mont Blanc Terre d'Etoiles® 

Savoie Mont Blanc boasts an amazing concentration of Michelin-starred chefs throughout the region:  

28 chefs with a total of 39 stars! They chose the top of the Aiguille du Midi to launch their joint marketing campaign promoting Savoie’s gastronomy as well as their individual abilities.  Many of them are young talents who have learnt their trade from established gastronomic geniuses. 

“Savoie Mont Blanc - Terre d’étoiles” is born.  Such is their inherent attachment to the region, the chefs wanted to establish the association’s roots in the locality and so headed to the very top of Europe’s roof for the official launch.  At the summit of the 3842m high Aiguille du Midi, in the Mont-Blanc mountain range, the association saw the light of day.  It was a day for celebrating the dizzy heights of both nature and gastronomy, when the stars truly met the stars!

What is the association’s main aim?  It has been created to unite Michelin-starred chefs with media and corporate partners, establishing a network of supporters who can ensure that Savoie’s Michelin-starred gastronomy is collectively and effectively marketed.
