You can refine your search by choosing an area, a town/village or other criteria.
Grate the potatoes into a large bowl and add a pinch of salt. Mix in the flour (very little) and eggs (it is also possible to add grated nutmeg, parsley or grated onion). Heat the oil in a frying pan and drop in small spoonfuls of the mixture.
Brown the doughnuts on each side. Serve hot with a seasonal salad (dandelions, lettuce, chicory, green beans, tomatoes, etc).
Servir avec une salade de saison.
